His Excellency Ambassador Zhang Junsai
H.E. Ambassador Zhang Junsai is the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Australia.
Ambassador H.E. Zhang Junsai will give his last Melbourne address at the SRR Conference Dinner on Thursday 2 September, prior to his new posting.
This is a great opportunity to learn about how China is tackling environmental issues, and how Australia will respond under a new Federal Government

Any information provided by you in relation to this conference is being collected by OTEK Australia Pty Ltd ABN 32 054 371 596 and will be held in strict confidence. The security of your information is important to us. Under the Australian Privacy Act, only Delegate Names, Organisation and Delegate Positions will be provided to delegates and sponsors as identified. (Please indicate on the PDF Registration Form or Online Registration Form if you do or do not agree for OTEK Australia Pty Ltd to use this information as the above Privacy Disclosure Statement). OTEK Australia Pty Ltd protects the privacy and security of personal and payment information provided by you. When you provide sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), OTEK passes them on to the OTEK Accounts Department in order to be processed as required. OTEK Australia Pty Ltd never permanently store complete Credit Card details. Online payments will be processed to the card details provided. The funds will be charged to this credit card within five (5) business days. You will receive confirmation of payment when the funds have been approved and received by OTEK Australia Pty Ltd.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a cancellation is made before 5 July 2010, OTEK will process a refund, less a processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between 5 July 2010 and 20 August 2010, OTEK will process a refund, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received after 20 August 2010 are nonrefundable per registration. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time as long as payment has been received. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing via mail or fax or submitted through the online conference web site Contact Us form.
Delegate Registration Terms and Conditions for the Sustainable Risk Rationalisation Conference 2010
Clause 1. OTEK AUSTRALIA PTY LTD reserves the right to alter the program or presenter(s) without further notice, however best endeavour will be made to ensure the program is run as advertised.
Clause 2. Registrations must be paid in full and cannot be processed without payment. Registrants will lose payment in the event of non-attendance, unless cancellation is made in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Clause 3. Limitation of liability. OTEK Australia Pty Ltd liability does not exceed the delegate payment. In no event shall OTEK Australia Pty Ltd be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind (including loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage) arising out of, or in any way connected with the event, including but not limited to the use or inability to attend the conference.
